6th Aviation Stakeholders Convention, 07-09 May 2017

The African Airlines Association (AFRAA) is pleased to announce that it will hold its 6th Aviation Stakeholders Convention from 07-09 May 2017 at the Medina Mediterranea in Yasmine Hammamet - Tunisia. The event, whihc is being staged under the high patronage of the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Tunisia, will be hosted by TUNISAIR, the official carrier of the event and will be organised in partnership with Medina Events. The Aviation Stakeholders Convention (ASC) is an initiative of AFRAA to bring together operators and service providers with the view to foster dialogue, build sustainable networks in supply chain management, create a competitive environment for business and improve the aviation support base in the continent.

Main objective of the Convention

The main objective of this event is to bring together the suppliers of the whole range of airline products and services and the potential customers of these products and services at one venue annually for purposes of networking, knowledge exchange and business negotiations. The programme is structured to incorporate conference sessions, scheduled one-to-one appointments, masterclasses and social events.

2.            Exhibition

The exhibition package comes with the following benefits:

• Two complimentary delegate tickets to the attend conference

• Company logo on the event website, events catalog and delegates package

• Opportunity to distribute your promotional material to delegates

Each exhibition booth is partitioned and comes furnished with the following:

• A table

• 2 chairs

• 1 x 15 amp power point, shared power

• 1 waste paper basket

Rates: Cost per booth

3 x 3 metres - $2000 (one booth)

3 x 6 metres - $3500 (double)

3.            One-to-one meeting sessions

Commencing from 6 weeks prior to the event up until the event date, scheduled meetings with airlines, airports and selected industry stakeholders will be organised by the Networking Coordinator, Mr. Blaise Muyanda: This email address is being protected from spambots. The earlier you indicate the companies you would like to meet, the easier we can arrange to have them participate at the event.

On site, the networking coordinator will be available for new meeting requests and to reconfirm appointments.


4.            Master Classes

As part of the Convention, there will be master classes where cutting edge ideas, industry best practices, new opportunities and practical solutions will be presented and discussed. Key air transport topics will be presented by consultants and solution experts in a lively and engaging manner and ample time will be provided for debates, case studies and group discussions. please book early, slots to conduct masterclasses are limited.
